About International Shipping

Trinityartncrafts.com ships orders globally using DHL, UPS, DPD, and EVRI. Available product lines, shipping rates, and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. To see the shipping rate information specific to your order's destination, contact us.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days. Our shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so orders placed from Friday to Sunday will ship on Monday. We are also closed on public holidays.

If you have specific shipping needs, we suggest you CONTACT US prior to placing your order. We can generally accommodate most requests. Some items we sell may be restricted in certain areas. Please make sure you understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS before placing an order.


Shipping Charges & Discounts

Shipping to the United States or Canada –  GBP£ 15.00 for the first item you purchase from TRINITY ART N CRAFTS LTD. GBP£ extra for each additional eligible item.

Shipping to N. & S. America, Europe, Australia, Asia, Russia, and China – GBP £21.00 for the first item you purchase from TRINITY ART N CRAFTS LTD. GBP £6 extra for every additional eligible item.

Shipping and Packaging

Shipping charges include packaging and handling. You can save on shipping by purchasing more than one product or by purchasing in bulk.

Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.


Returns & Replacements

The above terms also apply to the shipment of any replacement product that might be shipped if there's a problem with the original shipment. If you return a product to us, you'll be the exporter from the original shipping destination and responsible for compliance with all export laws of that country. Title and risk of loss transfer to us upon receipt at our fulfillment centers.
